It is uncertain whether the Peter Fout who died in 1829 and is buried in Area P, Lot 145, is the same as the Peter Faut who was an Associator in 1775 or the Peter Faut who was a Juror to the Oath of Allegiance in 1778. A birth date for the Peter Fout who died in 1829 is not listed on the marker, nor did Jacob Engelbrecht, who noted the death in his diary, mention his age.
There is a Peter Faut, christened April 28, 1776 in Frederick, with parents Peter Faut and Ursula. A will signed April 15, 1776 by Peter Faut left one-third of his estate to his wife Ursilla, with his son Peter Fout to be the sole heir of the estate. This will was presented for probate June 7, 1776. There is a Peter Fauth (sic) listed in findagrave as buried at the Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Frederick (with dates September 1, 1742 - April 20, 1776). Burials from that cemetery were moved to Mount Olivet.
There are 2 P Fout listings in the 1810 census, 1 aged 26-45 (likely the one christened in 1776) and another aged over 45.
